Houtwerk is a joinery workshop in Tildonk, part of Haacht. Between them, our team has more than 250 years of experience in interior joinery, and we put that knowledge to work every day in homes across Flemish Brabant.
Everything from our own workshop
Everything we install, we make ourselves in our workshop, with local craftspeople. That's where our machines cut, veneer and finish panels precisely, and where cabinets and kitchens are pre-assembled before they leave for site. It gives us control over every detail and over the schedule.
Experience you can see in the details
More than 250 years of experience in one team means that for almost any question, someone has solved it before. How to make veneer run continuously across an entire storage wall. How to clad a staircase so it looks like solid wood. How to fit a kitchen against a wall that isn't straight. You don't always see that knowledge, but you certainly notice it.
Working with architects
We work directly for private clients and for architects and interior architects. Architects appreciate that we respect their drawings while also thinking along technically: about materials, joints, hardware and the order of work on site. We liaise directly with the practice, so the design is built exactly as intended.
